Modern villa for 8 people 100 m from the beach
This immaculately presented modern villa is just 100 metres from the beach. This area is known for excellent kite surfing and is very popular with surfers. Located within walking distance of the old walled town of Alcudia, this light and airy residence is the perfect base for a holiday in the North of Mallorca.
The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.
There is off road secured parking to the front of the property. The rear garden hosts a pool enclosed with a security fence for the protection of young guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Close by is a brick built barbeque shaded by an old olive tree.
The pool is next to a lawned solárium furnished with sun loungers.
The villa is accessed via a double storey hallway with a feature wall and open plan staircase.
There is a large and airy sitting room with dual aspect glass doors giving acces to the front and rear terraces. This colourfully decorated room offers satellite TV, wifi, a large formal dining area and access to the kitchen.
The spacious state of art kitchen boasts a large island unit and has glass doors giving acess to the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks for nothing.
There are three twin bedded rooms one with a feature mural. They are tastefully furnished and all have views to the garden.
These rooms are served by a very high spec bathroom which boasts a double walk in shower.
The master suite is breathtaking! The kingsized bed has views to the sea and the Tramuntana mountain range beyond. It has dual aspect floor to ceiling glass walls giving access to a balcony.
There is a huge en suite bathroom and dressing room. It is dominated by a bath that has views to the sea through the floor to ceiling glass doors that give access to a balcony.
IMPORTANT:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- Air conditioning according to consumption. (0,30 €/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
