In addition, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The villa's kitchen is traditional and fully equipped with all necessary appliances to cook delicious meals. In total, the villa has four double bedrooms, three of which are in the main house and one that is separate, accessed externally and has a double and a single bed with a private bathroom. Playa de Muro is an incredible place to enjoy your vacation, and there are many interesting things to do in this area:

Water sports: Playa de Muro is an ideal place to practice water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing, and sailing. On the beach, there are several companies that offer equipment rental and classes for beginners, making it an excellent place to try something new or to enjoy a sport that you already know.

Visit the S'Albufera Natural Park: The S'Albufera Natural Park is one of the most important places on the island of Mallorca for bird watching. The park is located a few kilometers from Playa de Muro and has a great variety of bird species that can be observed in the different wetlands, lagoons, and rivers that make it up.

Explore the Alcúdia Market: The Alcúdia Market is one of the largest and most popular on the island of Mallorca, and is held every Tuesday and Sunday in the city of Alcúdia, which is located a few kilometers from Playa de Muro. *This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or responsible groups of people who seek tranquility are accepted. Youth groups will not be accepted.

Rules:

-Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.

-Keep order and cleanliness at all times.

-Guests must take care of the garbage generated during their stay. Please separate the garbage in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.

-Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.

-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.

Reservation Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.

- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid before arrival by credit card or bank transfer.

- Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will have an extra cost of €35 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

- There are 2 cots available on request. The first one is free of charge and the second one has a cost of 10.00€ per night

- There are 2 high chairs available on request
