It is a beautiful traditional Mallorcan stone finca located just 500 meters from the old town of Alcudia.This finca maintains the essence of the Mallorcan style with its furniture and historical architecture. On the main floor there is a bedroom with two beds, a cozy living room with a sofa and television, a spacious kitchen, and a complete bathroom. From the living room there is access to the upper floor where there are two more bedrooms.Outside you will find a large field with a swimming pool and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal to enjoy with children.It is located in a coastal area called Sa Marina, located a few minutes drive from Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa; Alcudia is a town known for the medieval walls that surround it, it also has a beautiful white sand beach and a long promenade lined with supermarkets, shops and bars, and if you want to enjoy a wonderful family vacation, you can enjoy from Hidropark, an ideal water park for children. On the other hand, in Puerto Pollensa you will find the beautiful Paseo de los Pinos, an extensive promenade by the sea that connects with the entire municipality. In addition, on its beaches you will find a wide variety of water sports to practice.All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.An additional cost of cleaning and laundry will be applied to all stays less than 7 nights.-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this rate to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in that case, check-in must be at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.-GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD WHO WISH TO RESERVE MUST DO SO UPON REQUEST.-PROHIBITED TO HOLD PARTIES AND EVENTS ON THE PROPERTY.-Tourist tax not included.
