This incredible accommodation will provide you with the break you need from the big city without forgetting the basic needs you may require. This accommodation has the virtue of being just 4 km from the urban center of Alhaurín el Grande, where you can find the typical neighborhood businesses such as fruit shops, delicatessens, fishmongers or butchers or large stores such as Mercadona. In addition to the food sector you can find all kinds of leisure services.
The location of Alhaurín el Grande allows you to access different routes through the Province of Málaga in a very short time.
The city of Malaga is just 23 km (25 minutes by car) from the house, Malaga Airport about 16 km (15 minutes by car), and the closest beach (Torremolinos) about 16 km. and 20 minutes by car. Other important cities on the Costa del Sol such as Marbella are about 30 km and 30 minutes away by car.
As we have already told you, this house maintains a balance between a quiet vacation or an adventure getting to know the corners that the province of Malaga offers us. Your plot is completely fenced, you can park your vehicle indoors. This space is for two vehicles.
Its pool will allow you to cool off by sunbathing or enjoying the space available for the barbecue. From these spaces you can keep an eye on your children if you travel with them. You can also observe them, read a book or simply breathe tranquility, from the fabulous terrace at the entrance of the accommodation. This terrace presents the accommodation and gives way to its incredible and cozy decoration.
The accommodation, being flat, is distributed in the center with a large living room with a very modern sofa, mini channel and TV, Smart TV. The living room has large windows where you can enjoy the daylight and the outside sitting from the sofa.
The kitchen is independent, with modern and high-quality appliances, you will not lack anything to prepare your lunches, dinners or breakfasts.
The bathroom has a shower tray, modern, elegant and spacious. You will enjoy taking a warm bath.
There are two bedrooms, one main with a double bed in which a beautiful view will wake you up every morning thanks to the large window it has. The second room with two double beds and a small room will allow you to store your suitcases.
