Cubo's Finca Colores de Alhaurín offers you the intimacy of a rural house without losing the opportunity to be less than ten minutes from the town centre of Alhaurín el Grande.
As soon as you enter the plot of the accommodation (fenced in all its perimeter) you will see the intimacy and tranquillity that you will enjoy during your holidays. With a large covered parking area you will be able to keep your vehicle safe.
The South orientation of the property benefits you in its luminosity, from early in the morning you will have the light of the Costa del Sol. You will enjoy the early hours of the morning having breakfast on the terrace or simply watching the sunrise.
This orientation is also taken advantage of by the swimming pool and the incredible barbecue area, with unbeatable views, you will have many hours of sunshine to relax and enjoy a good swim or lie in the hammock to feel the healing rays of the sun.
The ten places in the accommodation are divided into two floors, each with independent access.
IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE MAIN ACCOMMODATION IS THE ONE OFFERED FOR 6 PEOPLE WITH 3 BEDROOMS AND A BATHROOM AND THE SECOND ACCOMMODATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE 7TH TRAVELLER ONWARDS.
At the entrance to the main accommodation there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living-dining room. A cosy, rustic and charming dining room. You will enjoy good times with your family in this space. Lunch, breakfast or dinner will not be a problem, if you are missing any ingredient you have less than 10 minutes by car different food shops where you can stock up.
The rooms are spacious and bright. There are two rooms with single beds and one room with a double bed. All rooms have furniture or wardrobes to keep your luggage tidy.
The toilet of this main space is a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.
AS YOU WILL SEE IN THE PHOTOS, THERE IS A FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM. BUT IT IS NOT FITTED FOR ITS USE, IT IS ONLY DECORATIVE.
To solve the possible need to heat the environment, if you are staying in autumn or winter, you have in the living-dining room an air conditioning with heat pump that will also make the functions of cooling the environment in warmer seasons.
