A short drive will take you to nearby towns such as Alhaurín el Grande and Coín, where you will find shopping centres and all the necessary urban amenities, as well as excellent connections to explore the interior of Málaga province or head towards the coast.

If you are looking for outdoor activities, the area has first class golf courses and natural areas for excursions.

Accommodation is subject to a security deposit, upon departure and after inspection of the accommodation your deposit will be returned to you 48 hours later.

The property is fully fenced, offering a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the sun, either by the pool, relaxing in the hammock, or sharing a meal outdoors thanks to the barbecue facilities.

The interior of the house is modern and practical, with a living and dining room that connects directly to the garden, allowing natural light to flood the space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to make meal preparation comfortable and enjoyable.

The night-time layout includes three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with windows to the outside and enough space to accommodate your belongings. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the garden.
