A good location allows you to be in a few minutes on the motorway towards Malaga or other inland towns, you can enjoy beautiful excursions in nature or discover the urban charms of the Costa del Sol.

With a beautiful and well-prepared exterior, where you can relax individually, cool off in the swimming pool or enjoy the family barbecue.

Although the accommodation has two entrances, its distribution allows you, within the three floors it has, to have direct access to a spacious living-dining room with open plan kitchen in the lower area, just where the pool and barbecue area is located. This is ideal if you are travelling with older people, so that they don't have to climb stairs to rest. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower in the common area.

The first floor of the house has three bedrooms, a large living room with television and a bathroom with bathtub. It is accessed by stairs, either from the ground floor or from the outside garden. It also has a nice porch where you can contemplate the landscape and enjoy a good book or a cup of tea.

On the top floor there is a large bedroom with terrace, double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Cosy and warm, your rest is guaranteed, enjoy the views from this bedroom.
