Comfortable rural house with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, sleeping up to 4 people with air conditioning in the living room, private pool and free wifi!

Casa La Higuera has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, deep fryer, oven and microwave. The house also has a washing machine.

There is a bathroom with shower inside the house and a bathroom with shower outside to accompany the pool.

The house is located on a large private plot with many trees. There is a large covered terrace with barbecue and a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. The views from this house are beautiful.

The plot is completely fenced and the pool is located on an upper level, making it an ideal holiday home for children.

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in the house.
