VILLA Los Monteros is a detached and magnificent villa, situated in Urbanization Los Manantiales, considered one of the most sought-after areas of AlhaurÃn de la Torre. This is a great location of total tranquillity and privacy. The town centre, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately less than 1km from the property.
MAIN FLOOR
-Kitchen and Dinig area: very spacious and modern kitchen with plenty of natural light,. This is a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing appliances we find an oven, a combi refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances kitchenware and complete cutlery. There is a round table that seats up to 5 people used more for breakfast and lunch. The Dining area has a large table which seats up 12 people for those special evening meals
-Living room: tastefully designed living room that is furnished with chaise-longue, sofa, several armchairs, FULL HD TV and large windows that give views to a large terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. WIFI is available throughout the property. Very bright and spacious. There is an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
-Toilet: a small toilet with wash basin in main floor vestibule.
UPPER FLOOR
-Bedroom A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a large dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, toilet, bathtub and shower.
-Bedroom B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower stall.
-Bedroom C: consists of two single beds of 80x200cm, a single bed of 90x120cm and another single bed of 105x200cm. It has air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe and large windows that provide plenty of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub which shares with bedroom D.
-Bedroom D: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm, with windows that provide a lot of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub which it shares with bedroom C. It has air conditioning.
BASEMENT
- Area that has a practical gym to exercise. There is an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
OUTSIDE
We have a large plot surrounding the entire house, highlighting all of the following areas:
