This cottage enjoys a quiet and rural location, only five kilometres away from the sea and offering stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The cottage is located only a few kilometres northeast of Almuñécar. The terrace (270 m²) with eight times four metre swimming pool is right next to the cottage. The cottage is set on a levelled plot measuring approx. 2000 m². There even is a miniature golf area on the grounds (10m²) and parking space for up to ten vehicles. Around the pool area you will find four loungers, two sun shades, an outdoor shower and barbecue facilities. The pool terrace has a covered area that houses a table and seating, inviting you to spend some time relaxing. The comfortable, 130 m² cottage is furnished in a rustic- and Andalusian style and offers enough space for up to six persons. The single storey cottage features three bedrooms. One is furnished with two single beds (105cm and 90cm wide), and the other two have a double bed each (135cm wide). The rooms measure 13m² each. The cottage has two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. One of the bathrooms is ensuite the double bedroom. The open plan living-/dining area with sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, stereo system, dining table and chairs forms the heart of the cottage. In addition to all standard amenities, the spacious kitchen is equipped an induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and a microwave. The beach with its many restaurants and beach bars is five kilometres away. The town and shopping facilities are six kilometres away from the holiday cottage.
