The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the terrace you will find a 4x1'75m swimming pool with a variable depth between 1.45m and 1.65m. Next to it, there are sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, as well as a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions while admiring the views of the imposing Tramuntana mountain range. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house has been recently refurbished. It is tastefully decorated, combining rustic elements with the most modern equipment, and designed to give you the rest you deserve. The beautiful living room has AC and TV-sat and also has a dining area overlooking the terrace. The induction cooker has everything you need to cook in total comfort. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 double bedrooms, all with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of them is on the ground floor, while the other two are accessed via a staircase. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair. This house is in a very quiet area of Andratx, close to many hiking and cycling trails. You can explore the Tramuntana mountains, its charming villages such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, as well as climb the mountain of La Trapa or the Puig de So Na Vidala.
