Beautiful house with private swimming pool located in s’Arenal, right on the party mile centre. This property is ideal just for young groups of friends who would enjoy the party and the nightlife of this area. Located right next to the Bierkönig – Schinkenstraße, the widely known beer bar of s’Arenal. Located just 3 minutes away from the beach by walking and also from all the leisure area where you could find lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pubs…

The cozy house is located on a plot of 540m2 where you can enjoy the pool, barbecue and relax in the sun. Distributed in 110m2 of construction, the property features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, allowing us to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon entering the property you will find a comfortable and bright room with a fully equipped American kitchen where to prepare delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor.

Outside by the pool you will have furniture at your disposal to relax or just to share some snacks in the barbecue area overlooking the garden.

An ideal place for the groups who wants to have fun and party.

It is NOT a property where you can rest at night due to its unbeatable location in the heart of the Arenal party area. FAMILIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Public transport: There is a bus stop (15, 21 -Airport- and 25) less than 100 meters from the house. From there with line 25 Palma city center is just a 15 minute journey.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to guests as needed. It does not have heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
