Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this fantastic villa located in Son Veri, a quiet urbanization only 100 metres walking to Club Nautico S'Arenal and the large beach of Palma! This property offers the perfect combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma.
The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a small studio annex with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom, for a total of 12 guests. The interior of the villa is bright and cosy, with a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable chairs, all surrounded by a very delicate decoration. The dining room is the perfect place to enjoy delicious dishes with a Mediterranean flavour cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the property has internet connection, safe and all the comforts for your enjoyment.
Outside the house you will find a swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun, as well as outdoor furniture to enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.

This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.

Public transport: Less than 300 metres away you will find the stops of the bus lines 23 and 520, with the latter you will be in the centre of Palma in only 25 minutes. At 5 minutes walking distance you will find the Club Nautico stop where the following lines pass: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in four bedrooms and in the living room. There are two bedrooms that do not have air conditioning. There is no central heating but all air conditioners have heat pump mode.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
