This luxury 3-bedroom villa with a large private pool set in a beautiful tropical garden is located in the hills above Torre del Mar, towards Arenas. With a capacity for 6 people, it is perfect for large families or families. Enjoy the picturesque views over the green mango plantations and the Mediterranean Sea. Just 4 kilometers from the house is the authentic coastal town of Torre del Mar. On this bay with a kilometers long promenade with beautiful exotic plants and trees, you will find an abundance of different chirenguitos (beach bars) and cozy stores. There is a wide choice of supermarkets and a mega large modern shopping center. At 2 kilometers from the house, in Velez Malaga, you will find no tourists, but everything you need in daily life. Around the house there are several terraces to enjoy the sun, bbq, hammock and the large swimming pool with lounge set and sun beds. A washing machine and air conditioning, but also underfloor heating and fireplace for the winter months are available for your comfort. The spacious kitchen with cooking island is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. A crib and high chair are available for little ones. The last 4 km to the house is a rustic rural route with elevation changes. About 500 meters of this is still unpaved and therefore bumpy. A 4x4 offers more comfort. In Andalusia there are relatively many stray cats. You will also encounter them around Las Casillas. We have a discouragement policy and ask you not to feed the cats and certainly not to let them enter the house. Important information: - The homeowner is obligated by law to register the details of all guests who are staying in the holiday home with the police. So please e-mail the host before arrival (or provide upon arrival) for all guests the following details: Name and surname, nationality, place and date of birth, address home country, type and number of ID-document and date of issue. - The tenant should inform the caretaker 7 day(s) before arrival of his expected arrival time - The GPS coordinates mentioned are not the instructions for the house, but to a place where the caretaker will meet the tenant
