Vista Sol - Villa With Private Pool In Ariany

House:
After an entertaining excursion around the island, you can relax and cool off in the beautiful salt water pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.05 to 1.75 meters. The house has a comfortable porch where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there're neighbours nearby. This is a one-storey house. The main room is the living room - kitchen - dining room with AC, TV-sat and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with twin beds. The bathroom of the house features a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Ariany is a village of great Mallorcan character and charm. It offers basic services for an independent stay and is also an excellent starting point to get to know the whole island: the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, 16 km away; the mountain range to the west or the capital, Palma, 50 km from the property. The upper floor of the house is not available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
