Description

Located on a hill 36 km. from Palma, the small village of Búger dominates a large area of ??land in the north of the island. It preserves, still in perfect condition, some windmills, narrow streets and centuries-old houses that give it its picturesque Mallorcan character. 2 km from Búger, you will find Finca Es Rafal, away from the noise and the masses. Its excellent location allows access in a few minutes to the beaches of the bay of Pollensa, the Bay of Alcudia, the golf clubs of Alcanada and Pollensa. A small group of old country houses, built in the 16th and 17th centuries, are part of the Es Rafal estate. One house has an extraordinary character and its exquisite restoration allows the visitor to enjoy a great comfort in an authentically Mallorcan environment and in a private and exceptional environment. Sestadors was formerly where the animals of the farm were protected. It dates from the late sixteenth century. It preserves the structure of the old buildings of the Mallorcan countryside as well as numerous elements of traditional construction, such as walls, windows, wooden beams, etc. After its rehabilitation and extension it was converted into a house. The idea that guided its reconstruction was to preserve all these old elements and put them in value through a careful restoration as well as conferring maximum comfort according to current needs. In addition the house has a separate apartment in which there is a double bedroom. The house has all the amenities to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
