The sunny terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool while contemplating an amazing landscape. The mountains and the green fields will amaze all the senses. The pool, with measures of 8 m x 4 m and 0.4 to 1.5 m deep, is wrapped between a well-kept lawn and a beautiful Mallorcan stone on which you can place four hammocks and lie in the sun. Behind this area, an absolutely charming small porch invites you to sit down and enjoy a drink. The upper terrace is a privileged corner to read or chat after a delicious family barbecue. The house has three floors. When entering to the property from the street, you find a large living room with satellite television. This opens after a large Mallorcan-style arch to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with ceramic hob, industrial appliances, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Then you find a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe and Air conditioning, one of them has two single beds and the rest have double beds. There is a cot and a high chair at your disposal in case of needed, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the -1 floor, where the pool is located, you have a game room and a dining space with a fridge and a sink, which gives a feeling of being in lovely small caves. Búger is a small and very cozy town, located about 15 km from the Port of Alcúdia, where you can find a great beach and all sort of services such as restaurants in the marina, bars, ice cream shops, shops and much more.
