The Villa It is a luxurious and spacious property with 1.000 m2 and 2.500m2 additional garden area surrendered by a Natural Park for maximum privacy, with an amazing see views just 15 minutes from Barcelona downtown and 7 minutes from the nearly beach. Equipped with the latest technology available (GIRA), 250 m2 master suite, sauna, outside jacuzzi, Hamman, 130 m2 Gym, arcade game room, pond, artificial waterfall, garage and electric charger car. An amazing place for holidays The Villa is divided in five floors, all connected by the main elevator and a glass and forge staircase. The main area is on the 5th floor, a spacious kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a restroom, and a 250 m spacious living area where you can find a spectacular dining table that sits comfortably up to 16 guests. all this connected to the swimming pool and 2500 m2 of garden areas with pond, waterfall, grill area, bar, and a chill out area with a round bed and unmatched views. On the 4th floor, there is then magnificent master bedroom with an extra large king size bed (3x2m), and a glassed g (Turkish bath), large rain effect shower and massage bed. The large glass doors allow a panoramic view of the sea, and some other windows that allow you to see the inside of the pool. On the 3rd floor you can find a state of the art gymnasium, as well as an office area with a 5 meter long work desk. There are also 4 guest rooms and 3 bathrooms. On the 2nd you have an independent bedroom with its bathroom. The laundry room is located on the 1st floor. The 3d and 4th floors are protected by maximum security measures. On zero floor, we have an arcade game room with: - football table - Billiard - Arcade machine (35.000 games) - ping pong table - air hockey table - electronic dards - Pinball - Table games - garage for 2 cars and electric charger - Finnish Sauna in front of the swimming pool - Outside jacuzzi -Swimming pool heated on demand minimum 1 week before arrival. Extra cost 1.000€(per week) to pay in cash The Villa is located in a private gated residence community with a 24 hour security. Even so, we always recommend you to close all the windows and doors at night Villa is located just 14 km. north from Barcelona´s center, Plaza Catalunya, in the Badalona Area. The last bus stop is 800 m from the house. Remember we are up to the mountain, that’s why we have an amazing views. Daily time (Monday to Saturday, 6 hours/day) Please, remember the housekeeper is just to keep the house clean in general, rooms and bathrooms This is a service for the Villa. Guests can demand not to have any housekeeper during the stay. This won’t modify the prices. To prevent any damage, she is not allowed to wash or iron any clothes or from guests or cook for them. If you want a private Maid, we can’t give you concierge for all this services. The Villa has security cameras in the garden connected to the alarm company "Plana Fabrega". There are no cameras inside the house but the entrance of the Vila. Cameras are on 24 h a day Bed lines will be changed 1 a week on Monday Extra changes will have extra cost HUTB-051155
