The apartment is located in the best area of La Costa del Sol, since it is within Puerto Marina and the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena. Fully furnished, with air conditioning in living room and bedroom. It has a large terrace where you can eat, sunbathe or enjoy a drink or coffee. In the surroundings you will find diverse and varied restaurants, pubs, cafes, ice cream parlors, recreation areas, shopping center, supermarkets and theme parks. The building where the apartment is located is located in a fairly quiet area, facing a space where there are hardly any annoying shops. To access the apartment, located on floor 2, there is an elevator. Available international channels and Smart TV and movies and series from Netflix and Prime Video. We are committed to the environment and, therefore, our apartment receives electricity from a utility company that uses 100% green energy. Likewise, most of the electrical appliances have a consumption of category A or A + or higher and the bulbs are of the LED type. It has security elements, such as a security lock, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and carbon monoxide. There is also a first aid kit. On the terrace there is a table and 4 chairs to be able to have lunch or dinner.
