Description

The impressive city villa CONVENT from the 19th century was recently renovated with great attention to detail and is now finally ready for your unforgettable holiday on Mallorca. With over 500 m² of living space on three huge luxurious floors, there are a total of six beautiful bedrooms and six bathrooms, four of which are en-suite. There is also a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large living room with flat screen TV in the attic and the old chapel on the ground floor, which has been converted into a home cinema. The highlight is without a doubt the beautiful garden with the 8 m x 4 m swimming pool and the Tramuntana mountains as its direct neighbors. Many details have been retained, such as the high ceilings with many original wooden beams or the light blue of the wooden shutters, a color that was then only reserved for traditional buildings. The three floors are distributed as follows. GROUND FLOOR: From the entrance, immediately to the right is the home cinema room and to the left is one of the bedrooms, the huge living-dining room and a bathroom with shower, a little further towards the garden access on the right is the spacious kitchen with dining table and the pantry with washing machine behind it. From here you go out past the fountain to the stone stairs, which lead over a few steps into the garden. FIRST FLOOR: High up on the first floor, a hallway with the Eames' sculptural "chaise" leads to four additional bedrooms. The first is a suite with bathroom and shower and a bathtub that was perfectly integrated into the old window workbench. The second another large suite with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and a work area with beautiful views. The third is another double room with its own dressing room, the area where the chapel organ used to be. This room has a small shower room down the hall. The fourth suite, with its own bathroom with shower and bathtub, also impresses with a magical view of the mountain panorama and exclusive access to the garden area. UPPER FLOOR: On the top floor there is a huge living room with comfortable sofas, in front of it a flat screen TV and a game or work table. Next to it is the sixth bedroom with a bathroom and shower and another bathtub in the old window workbench which offers a fantastic view of the mountains. The outdoor area houses the beautifully landscaped garden with the 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with sun loungers and a covered chill-out veranda with a large chill-sofa. Past further sofas and the dining table with a parasol, you go to the extension, which serves as storage space in the lower area and the upper area, which is perfect as a yoga room, for example. You can get out through the old Majorcan wooden gate if you want to explore the rural surroundings or visit the flock of sheep. ETV/6372
