Child-friendly dream finca up to 8 persons with swimming pool in an absolutely idyllic location with excellent transport connections in all directions.

This family-friendly dream villa is located in the rural surroundings of the centre of the island, near the well-known vineyards and offers on its spacious property of 2000m² an in-house playground for the little guests and offers enough space for 8 people.
The spacious and luxurious house is distributed over 360 m² on two floors and has very high and bright rooms. The finca is lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail and perfectly equipped.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, the large and fully equipped kitchen with dining area plus access to the terrace, a bedroom and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 of them with bathroom in suite, another one is even equipped with a sauna and the 3rd one has a large open closet. All rooms are very modern and lovingly furnished.
Satellite Tv and Internet/ WLan are also available. You will not miss anything in this fantastic house.

The well-kept garden area offers much desired shade on hot days and the large pool (10m x 5m) will delight You. Sun loungers are ready for you and there is an outdoor barbecue for barbecues.
Relaxation and above all tranquillity are guaranteed in this finca with children for 8 people with pool. See for yourself!!!
