Accommodation located in the centre of the village "Binissalem", next to a pharmacy, 100 m from the restaurant "Binissalem", 200 m from the bus station "Binissalem", 300 m from the train station "Binissalem", 200 m from the supermarket "Binissalem", 21 km from the golf course "Gof Puntiro", 28 km to the water park "Aqualand Arenal", 30 km to the nature park "S'Albufera Muro", 30 km to the airport "Son Sant Joan Palma de Mallorca", 30 km to the sandy beach "Puerto Alcudia", 30 km to the rocky beach "Puerto Alcudia" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the city centre. Pets are not allowed.

It measures about 120 m², is cosy and fully equipped, overlooking the inner courtyard and the swimming pool. Ideal for cyclists. It has a ground floor with an interior courtyard and a first floor with three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a large living-dining room with fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is independent and has an induction cooker and is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

It also has a private garden patio of about 50 m² with swimming pool, which allows total privacy, garden furniture and barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heating with heat pump and electric radiators, 2 Smart TVs, hairdryer, etc.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
