On the porch overlooking the saltwater pool (8x4m, depths from 0.80 to 2.50m), you can enjoy delightful evenings with a meal prepared on the large electric griddle, accompanied by two sun loungers for relaxation. Inside, the open living room invites you to unwind with satellite TV or music. The kitchen boasts a unique style that contrasts beautifully with the traditional Mallorcan charm of the home, featuring a gas hob and all necessary amenities. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds. A second shared bathroom with a shower is also available. For families, a crib and high chair are provided, along with a fan and a pellet stove for cozy evenings. A separate area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Located in the charming village of Binissalem, known for its wine production and friendly atmosphere, you'll find all essential amenities, with delightful restaurants and a market every Friday. The village offers easy access to the highway, allowing you to reach Playa de Palma in 20-25 minutes or the scenic Port of Sóller in 45 minutes. Note: Guests under 30 are not accepted unless part of a family. Pets and events are not allowed. Tourist license: ETV/9190. Please note the mandatory Ecotasa applies to all guests over 16.
