MOLI - MAGNIFICENT NATURAL STONE HOUSE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH POOL AND PRIVATE GARDEN
Pretty and charming stone house in Buger, a very beautiful village in the northern part of the island.
The property extends over 10,000 m2, an area that offers a lot of privacy.
Outside, right next to the house, there is a large, kidney-shaped pool with sun loungers and
a lounge bed.
The house is located in a protected area with many trees and vegetation, so it is forbidden to make a fire, but there is a gas grill for the guests.
The interior of the house is kept in a rustic style. All ceilings are vaulted and give pleasant coolness and brightness in the entire living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and everything you need for everyday life
and it is open to the living-dining room and equipped with air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms with exterior access, one of which has a double bed and air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms, one is outside the house.
The small village of Buger has about 1000 inhabitants. It is located in the Del Raiguer district and has an important historical legacy:
the natural cave of Can Mossenya and the talayotic village of Rafal des Puig are the oldest traces of human habitation in this region.
For all guests who want to get to know every corner of the island, the location of this house is an ideal starting point, you could say halfway to any point on the island.
