This spacious property features a massive 16x8 meter chlorine pool, with depths ranging from 0.7m to 2.2m, surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden. Relax on one of the six loungers, enjoy a snack under the awning, or cool off with an outdoor shower. For outdoor cooking, there’s a fixed barbecue on the furnished porch, and a second porch overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying breakfast. Depending on the season, you can harvest fruit from the orange, lemon, and peach trees. The property is completely private, with no direct neighbors. Inside, the house offers a spacious living room decorated with rustic touches and equipped with air conditioning, DVD, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals just like at home. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The bathroom with the bathtub also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For families with young children, up to two cots and two high chairs are available. Located in the authentic village of Búger, in central Mallorca, the property is about 15 km from the coast. Búger offers a grocery store and restaurants, while Sa Pobla, a neighboring village, has larger supermarkets.
