Location Moli den Cavea is set in a very quiet location, within 500m walking distance to the small typical mallorcan village Cas Concos, with a fndful of restaurants and shops. The house is surrounded by a fantastic open countryside with far reaching views to the mountains.Only 10 km away you find the bustling resort Cala d'Or with this marina r the several coves of the south eastern coast of Mallorca. Accomodation The farm house, a 200 year old windmill, has been completely restored to very high standards, providing many modern requirements, but preserving the original stone carved vaulted ceilings and a lot of original features reflechting a bygone age. The cosy living room with Satellite TV is refreshingly cool in summer. The comfortable dining room is combined with a very modern spacious farmhouse kitchen with dishwasher, microwave gas hob/electric oven and full size fridge/freezer. The finca disposes of one double bedroom en-suite bath/shower room and two twin bedrooms which share the adjacent bath-shower room. Of course, all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with a limited timetable (14.00-16.00 h, 20.00-06.00h) Outside The fantastic swimming pool (9,5m x 4,5m), surrounded by furnished sun terraces, is set in well-kept beautiful garden. From the kitchen a side door opens to the sun terrace, the garden and the poolside shower room with toilet and the washing machine. There is also a covered dining terrace with a brick built BBQ. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price. ETV-1186
