Supermakets, restaurants and a pharmacy are less than 300m away. The town of Porto Cristo is 2km away and is equipped with hospital, harbour, shops, tourist sites... You can have easy access to a wide range of entertainment from golf, tennis, horse riding, to scuba diving, surfing, boat rides, etc. Detached house of 150 m2 on two floors accommodating up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living - dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a porch. On the first floor are one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom, a terrace and a porch. There is a pram that you can use if you have children. There is a children's fence from the terrace to the pool area. It is located close to Cala Mendia, so you can go walking to the beach.
