Completely renovated house with a very modern style; comfortable furniture and decoration in neutral tones, which gives it a warm and very pleasant atmosphere. From the entrance there is access the living room with sea views (There is not TV). Right next to it is the open plan kitchen with a large dining table. Both the living room and the kitchen/dining room enjoy open views of the sea and the pool. Both have large sliding doors that connect to the terrace and the pool. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area and an exit to the front lawned garden. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house. Each with a double bed and an en-suite shower-room. Guest toilett. From the garden there is access to the annex which has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower-room. There is also a room with board games for children and some gym equipment such as dumbbells etc. Breakfast table in the front garden, next to the kitchen. At the back of the house, you will enjoy wonderful sea views. It has a table and chairs for eating outside, a "Weber" gas barbecue, a chill-out area and sun loungers.
