Description

This finca is located in the small town Cala Llombards in south eastern Mallorca. Cala Llombars is a rather quiet town with few tourists, but popular with locals who have a holiday property here. It is a beautiful coastal town, where you can swim, hike, bicycle and enjoy the almond trees in bloom in the springtime. The beach is ideal for little ones and for older children, jumping of the rocks will be endless fun. This holiday home offers you three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. The living area has a seat, a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a sofa bed of 140 x 200 cm, for two people. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and eight chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The two bedrooms on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs each have two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm. So you can accommodate six people. With the two people who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, the house can accommodate a maximum of eight people. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. These each have a shower, a sink with a mirror and cosmetic mirror and storage space, a hair dryer and a toilet. A fan heater is also available for the bathrooms. The landlord also provides you with a towel and a shower towel per person. For use on the beach, we ask you to bring your own beach towels. Your landlords want you to be able to spend your vacation in your holiday home safely from infection with Corona. They have therefore revised their final cleaning standards and adapted them to the current circumstances. They offer you contact-free arrival and departure. You will also find hand disinfectant dispensers in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The house has a roof terrace, several sun patios with sun loungers and sun shades and a pool, which is heated in the spring and autumn (23°C). The large table in between the living room and the pool lets you enjoy your meals al fresco. The pool has an outdoor shower (warm/cold water), so you can rinse of the sand after returning from the beach. The property does not offer parking spaces. Since the road is not very busy, you can easily park street side right outside the front gate. For families with small children, on request the landlord provides two toddler travel cots (70 x 140 cm) free of charge, as well as two children's highchairs and a pram suitable for off-road use. The travel cots can be accommodated in the bedroom one and in the bedroom three. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the utility room. In the house there is also an Internet connection via Wi-Fi. The data volume is unlimited. The air conditioners can be ordered and used in consultation with the manager, but at an additional cost per day for the entire stay. In the cold season, the house can be heated at no extra cost with the air conditioning and possibly with additional radiators. Please note the following information and, if desired, state this when booking: The pool heating (only from November 1st to March 15th each year) can be reserved for a pre-order and for a fee. The air conditioning system (only from May 15th to September 30th) can be reserved in advance and for a fee. If you would like to use a stroller, high chair or a cot, please also state this when booking so that they can be made available to you on site. For the safety of your small children, we offer you to fence the pool in a child-proof manner. For this service we charge a fee of 50 € ("other additional costs") plus a further deposit of 100 €. Please note that the amounts marked "Payable on site" must be transferred to our account 14 days before the start of the trip. We will get in touch with you in good time. In the summer months there is a very good beach bar in Cala Llombards. The two other beautiful little bays Calo des Moro and Cala S’Àlmunia can only be reached on foot. During the bathing season, the numerous other small bathing bays in the vicinity offer the opportunity to diversify your holiday with swimming, snorkeling, diving, surfing, pedal boating or motor boating. Other beaches in the surrounding area can be found in Cala Santanyi (with diving center and pedal boat rental), Cala Mondrago (with restaurants on the beach) and Cala S'Amarador. The Caribbean-like beach "Es Trenc" can be reached after a 25-minute drive in the south of the island at Colonia de Sant Jordi or Ses Covetes. Small motor inflatables can be hired in the port of Porto Pedro (without a boat license). Would you like to go on a bike tour there are cheap bikes for rent at 'Bike Total' in Cala Figuera. From Colonia de Sant Jordi there is also the possibility of a trip to the nature reserve island of Cabrera. It is also worth visiting the Parque Nacional de Cabrera visitor center: C / Gabriel Roca s / n, esquina Plaza Es Dolç, 07638 Colónia de Sant Jordi. Santanyí, a small, quiet town with a very nice town center, is about 5 km from Cala Llombards. The "Porta Murada", a remnant of the city fortifications, reminds of the uncertain times of the pirate raids in Santanyí, against which the city residents tried to protect themselves with a wall. A cultural sight and especially worth listening to is the oldest swallow's nest organ on the island with its Spanish trumpets, which is located in the parish church of Sant Andreu Apòstol on the Placa Major. It is one of the most valuable, historical organs in all of Spain. Around the parish church you can sit wonderfully in the cozy street cafes without traffic noise and watch the goings-on. Saturday and Wednesday is market day around the church. A manageable market with a good selection of fruits and vegetables and lots of handicrafts. ETV/2167
