Surrounding the pool are nine sun loungers perfect for soaking up the sun, along with a furnished porch for relaxation. An inviting terrace is ideal for breakfast or barbecues in the fresh air. Inside, the cozy living-dining room comes equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and a wooden stove, all with direct access to the outdoors. The kitchen features a gas hob and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bedrooms include wardrobes, and one boasts an en-suite shower bathroom. A second shower bathroom services the rest of the house. Additional amenities include a cot, high chair, and radiator. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Located in the Cala Pi urbanization, the villa offers easy access to a beautiful beach with fine sand and crystal-clear waters, along with nearby coves like Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita.
