The exteriors are lovely. You can cool off in the chlorinated 8 x 4 m pool (with 1.6 m at the shallow end increasing to 1.9 m at deep end). There is a small garden, a terrace with deck-chairs, and a small fully-furnished porch of 14 m2 where you can spend great evenings with family and friends. The 200 m2 two-storey house has 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub; and 3 on the 1st floor (2 with 2 single beds, and en suite bathroom, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, and 1 with 2 single beds and wardrobe. All of them have air conditioning. There is availability for 1 baby cot. In addition to the en suite bathrooms, the house has 1 toilet in the ground floor. Cala Sant Vicenç is a very charming place as it is a quiet area, with the sea and the mountains nearby. Cala Sant Vicenç has a small supermarket, some souvenirs and restaurants with sea views. In the surroundings you will find other coves such as Cala Molins, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara, all of them with fine sand and crystal clear waters. Tourist license: ETV/1043The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55EURO /night and guest during the low season and 2.2EURO /night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
