The fabulous terraces invite you to unwind on the sun loungers or enjoy a barbecue dinner with loved ones under the starry sky, listening to the soothing sound of the waves. A wooden gate offers direct access to the beach. The house is located in an urbanization with direct neighbors. The house is spread over two levels: the ground floor and the basement. On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. In the basement, there is a modern living room, a dining area with access to the terrace, and a fully equipped, independent kitchen with a gas stove. On request, a water boiler is available. The basement also has 4 more bedrooms: two with two single beds and two with double beds. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, and there is an additional bathroom for general use. All bedrooms have fans, and the house has central heating throughout. A baby bed and high chair can be provided upon request. The basement also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Cala Santanyí is a peaceful coastal area with cycling routes, rock climbing spots, and beautiful beaches like Cala Llombards and Cala Figuera. The sandy beach of Es Trenc and the Mondragó Natural Park are nearby. Tourist license: ETV/457 Ecotasa (Tourist tax): Paid on-site, varying from 0.55EURO /night (low season) to 2.2EURO /night (high season). Reduced by half after 9 days.
