Location The villa The country house Daniel is located in a private and quiet countryside area, between the small locality of Calonge and the tourist resort Cala D’Or. It is ideal to enjoy the peace of the country yet a short drive to the tourist resort Cala D’Or where you will find the facilities and amenities you need to spend a great holiday. The small village Calonge is about 3 minutes drive away with local shops, a supermarket and some really nice restaurants. The tourist Cala D'Or offers beautiful sandy coves, a pedestrian area with a never ending choice of restaurants, cafeterias, shops, supermarkets, etc. as well as the impressive international yacht harbour. In Cala D'or you can also practice water sports or enjoy an excursion by boat to discover the pretty south-east coast of Majorca. Approximately 10 minutes drive direction Porto Colom there is a golf course. The bedrooms have air conditioning cold/warm with limited timetable from 18:00 h to 08:00 h. Outside The exterior is spacious and relaxing with a well kept lawned garden and Mediterranean plants. They are enclosed by a gate with lovely views of trees and farmland, the driveway is also gated. The pool with Roman steps is surrounded by lawns and a sun terrace with sun beds; the perfect spot to enjoy the long and peaceful summery days There is also a great barbecue and cooking area in its own casita; ideal for “al fresco” dining. Young children will love the playhouse and the tennis table. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price. Daniel is a sunny one-storey country house, with an open lounge-diner and a kitchen area full of natural light. The house has two airy twin bedrooms with lots of storage space and a family bathroom.
