Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, and the villa includes a washing machine room for added convenience.

Standing out on the outside, you will find a charming wooden pergola that houses a built-in barbecue, offering an ideal place to enjoy sunny days with views of the imposing Rock of Ifach. The 8x4 meter pool perfectly complements the outdoor space. The villa has a fully fenced plot and offers parking space for two vehicles.
