This magnificent villa with a private pool is located in Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, and can accommodate 8 people. It is distributed over two independent floors and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

As on the ground floor, there is an air conditioning unit in the bedroom hallway.

Outside, the villa has a beautiful 8x4 meter rectangular pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower. There is also a large sunbathing area and a barbecue ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. The plot is completely closed and has parking for 3 vehicles.

The location of the villa is quiet and very close to the center of Calpe and the sandy beach. The nearest beach and the center of Calpe are just 2.8 km away. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away.
