The ground floor flat has a nice covered terrace, a dining room with equipped kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed which can be closed with a sliding door and thus be used as a bedroom, a large bedroom with office space and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor offers a glazed terrace with dining area, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen. Both flats are fully equipped with air-conditioning in all rooms, televisions with satellite connection in the following languages: Spanish, English, German, French, radio, DVD player, Internet connection (WLAN), fitted kitchens with ceramic hob on the upper floor and gas cooker on the lower floor, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and hairdryer. In this case, one of the floors remains closed so that the outdoor area can be used completely privately. Smoking is allowed. The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi. The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00. An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays. If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged. A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW. The use of the heat pump in the swimming pool is subject to a supplement of 10€/day.
