Outside the estate, you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and orchards. The pool, terrace, garden, parking and relaxation area are right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.
The place
This fantastic house is located in a small idyllic village on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal for cycling trips, trekking, hiking, etc.
IMPORTANT: it is essential to rent a car to enjoy your holidays in this accommodation as it is located in a remote place.
Rules:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
-Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
