Description
The house is located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, medium sized villages where you will find all the services you may need: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, petrol stations, etc... Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi, well known beaches in Mallorca are only 16 minutes away by car.

The Finca is furnished with light wooden furniture and has 200 m² of living space and capacity for 6 people.
The kitchen, which is semi-open and has a breakfast bar, is well equipped. There are three bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with two single beds) and two bathrooms with bathtubs.
The house has a cozy living-dining room with satellite TV and Wifi and a fully equipped kitchenette.

In winter it has central heating.

In the outside area: you will find the large swimming pool of 10x5 m, with its loungers and relaxation area, porches, chairs... In one of the porches there is another table where you can enjoy any meal outdoors. From there you can control the whole pool and terrace area. An outdoor grill for barbecues with family or friends.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
