On the ground floor we find the dining room, very spacious, the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. On this same floor we find two double rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and two bathrooms with a bathtub. On the first floor there is a small distributor room with access to the terrace, and three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, all of them and dressing room. On the second floor there is a gym area, and two quadruple rooms each (double bed and two single beds in one room and three single beds and a large sofa bed in the other), with a shared bathroom with shower. The site is fenced and has abut hedge around the plot to preserve the privacy of the tenants. There is an automatic barrier to acces to the Finca, with a videocamera.
