Relax on one of four sun loungers, enjoy the views of the Salines, or gather for a barbecue in the peaceful outdoor space. The property is fenced with no direct neighbors, ensuring complete privacy. Inside, the house blends rural charm with modern amenities. The living and dining area features wooden beams, natural stone walls, air conditioning, TV, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen, styled with Mallorcan influences, is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.
