This fabulous country house boasts an amazing exterior area thanks to the great lawn around the spectacular building and impressive salt water pool. Sizing 11 x 7 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.3 to 1.6 metres, it becomes the real protagonist where you will enjoy cool and relaxing dips. You will find up to 6 sun loungers next to the pool where you will bask in the sun, together with a porch with a barbecue and two thatched roof pergolas perfectly furnished to enjoy your best meals and also a glass of wine in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. This house comprises two floors. The main floor offers a stunning living room -with fireplace and satellite TV- open to the dining area and the kitchen -equipped with a gas stovetop. In addition, each corner offers wide luminous glaze doors with direct access to the garden. You will also find an independent laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house has three bedrooms where you will rest at night, all of them with access to outdoors.
