The apartment, modern and bright, has two bedrooms and capacity for five people, since we also have an extra bed, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), a beautiful living room that connects to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. .

It is located in an ideal area, since in addition to being just a few meters from the beach, in the area you will find a wide variety of maritime activities, the extensive promenade, and various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and small shops and even, a few minutes, a large shopping center. Also, by car, it is very close to Palma. You will also find bus stops.

All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.

IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total reservation in advance through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the rest will be paid on the day of arrival or 10 days before.
