The holiday home, in a quiet residential area, is about two minutes away from the sea. The 400 sqm private garden is laid out with a lawn, a fish pond with water lilies, a grill/barbecue and a terrace, which invites sunbathing and outdoor dining . The bright house is on an area of 250 square metres and offers three bedrooms with windows and built-in cupboards. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. Furthermore, two fully equipped bathrooms are available, along with an additional toilet in the outdoor area.
