Description

Villa Damar is located in Son Bauló, the residential district in Can Picafort. It is a quiet area about 500 m. from the sea, not far from the center. The closest beach is Son Bauló Beach at the mouth of the torrent of the same name, which borders the Son Real Natural Area. There is a children's playground about 200m. away. It is an elegant chalet for 10 people, classic Mallorcan style and with all the comforts at your disposal: wifi, satellite and air conditioning/heating throughout the house. On the ground floor, there is the entrance first, from which the staircase leading to the upper floor starts. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all kinds of utensils to facilitate daily tasks. It has a fireplace, for the cold winters, a table for 8 people and a television with a satellite, with an entrance to the back of the garden where there is also a table for 8 people for meals under the warm winter sun or al fresco dinners in the warm summer nights. The living room is very spacious, with satellite television and comfortable sofas, from there you can access the terrace and the pool. On the same floor, there are also 3 of the 5 bedrooms of the house. Two of them doubles with 2 single beds of 90 cm. and a third, the main one, with a 150 cm double bed, a bathroom en suite with a bathtub and from which you can directly access the terrace and the pool. Complete the distribution of this floor with a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor houses the third bathroom of the house and 2 double bedrooms: one double with 2 beds of 90 cm. and the second, more youthful air, with 2 beds of 90 cm. Both lead to a beautiful terrace overlooking a pine forest, from which to contemplate the luminous sunrises and starry nights. The whole house is surrounded by terraces and garden areas, whose epicenter is its fabulous fenced pool of 8 m. x 5 m with a little effect for relaxation. Apart from loungers and armchairs, there is another table for 8 people covered by an automatic awning, which makes this area a cool and very pleasant place for meals and to fight the heat not only during the day but also at night, lengthening the placid summer evenings. Can anyone imagine a vacation without a barbecue? In Villa Damar you can organize whatever you want in an area specially prepared for the grill. With all this, we can say that Villa Damar is an unbeatable residence for both families and groups of friends who wish to share some beautiful and unforgettable holidays in any season of the year. Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE ( Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc. . and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. From the village, you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding. A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcudia, the Roman walled town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.
