This Mediterranean-style house offers a fantastic terrace with an awning, perfect for enjoying the gentle sea breeze while having breakfast or a delicious dinner prepared on the barbecue. The colorful blinds add a cheerful touch to the exterior, and the porch, located at the entrance, is a peaceful spot to relax with a refreshing drink and a good book. The single-level home features a spacious living room with satellite TV, open to the dining area with a table for 6, ideal for enjoying meals together. The kitchen, with a sea-inspired decor, is equipped with a gas stove and everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The house has three bedrooms in total: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There's a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with fans for the warmer days. If you're traveling with a baby, a crib and highchair can be provided upon request. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Located in Can Picafort, the area offers plenty of shops and summer activities. The beach is one of the best in Mallorca, perfect for long walks, water sports, or boat trips. The Alcanada golf club is 11 km away. For shopping, head to "Paseo del Colón."
