Amazing Apartment in Canyamel
House:
After a fun day on the beautiful beach of Canyamel, nothing better than relaxing on the terrace of this fabulous apartment, having a drink and enjoying an entertaining reading. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator. It stands out thanks to its modern lines and warm colors. The apartment comprises a living - dining room with AC (only cold air) and TV with satellite channels; an open kitchen with a ceramic hob; two bedrooms with twin beds and AC (only cold air); and a bathroom with a shower. The extra guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Please note that there is no washing machine, iron or ironing board. Canyamel is a wonderful tourist destination on the island and it offers all the services for an independent stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. But the best thing is its paradisaical beach that is only 250 meters from the apartment. You can visit other beautiful nearby beaches, the wonderful caves of Artà or spend a different day playing golf at the nearest golf course, just 7.2 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Tourist license: AT/1535The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55EURO /night and guest during the low season and 2.2EURO /night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
