Description
Country house with pool, spacious and surrounded by a beautiful natural environment stays. It is situated opposite the famous golf course "Capdepera Golf".This village is close to emblematic areas like Cala Ratjada or the medieval Artà.
This is a very spacious home that has 5 bedrooms and is for 10 people. It has a large living room with satellite TV, wifi and a spacious fully equipped kitchen and gas utility, with 3 bathrooms, one en suite and a beautiful terrace with pool and playground area. A part of the coast of Cala Ratjada is in a maritime nature reserve.
In recent years there has been regenerated marine life to be very interesting for people who want to dive into these waters to see the local variety of marine species.
There are other water sports to practice in the area, such as swimming in the sea, kayaking, sailing and SUP. But do not think that Cala Ratjada is just sea: you can also enjoy other outdoor sports, as it has various facilities such as golf courses, tennis courts, a sports hall, areas for horseback riding, jogging paths, practice nordic walk or simply strolling.
