This charming village house offers a delightful swimming experience with a 4x2m chlorine pool, featuring a depth of 1.45 to 1.50m, ideal for a refreshing dip or sunbathing. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find 4 sun loungers and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining under the porch. The house is located entirely on the ground floor. The living room, equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace, is a cozy space to unwind. The kitchen-dining room, with a ceramic hob, is ideal for preparing meals. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds. One of the twin bedrooms has A/C and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. Additional amenities include a cot, high chair, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and oil central heating. Capdepera is a great destination, with beautiful beaches and coves like Son Moll, just 3 km away. The Caves of Artà are also nearby. The village offers essential services such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The upper floor is closed, and the garage has been converted into a Cycling Friendly facility. Pets and events are not allowed. Tourist license: ETV/8185. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) is payable on-site, varying from 0.55EURO /night in the low season to 2.2EURO /night in the high season. The tax is halved after the 9th night. A deposit is required on arrival.
