Can Pauma is a more than 200 year old countryhouse that has been completely renovated and refurbished maintaining its typically Majorcan character. Years ago the house was completely outside the village of Ca's Concos. The inevitable growth of the village has meant that it is now integrated but still retains the rural character that has always characterized the house. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one en suite) on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a double bedroom in the beautiful entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and a large elegant living room with satellite TV, DVD player and music system. From there you have several accesses to the terrace and the pool. The upper floor is divided into two separate areas with separate entrances.
