Description

Location "Miquel Tomas" is ideally located just outside Cas Concos, off an unmade country lane affording a totally quiet and private location. This delightful home is very family orientated. Here you can watch horses and sheep in the almond groves adding an extra interest for children whilst enjoying the beautiful Mallorcan countryside. The views are exceptional, across verdant pastures, Olive and Almond groves to Pine clad hillsides. Outdoor From the rear covered dining terrace a few steps leading down to the Mediterranean garden and to the gated swimming pool, (7,5m x 3,5m, depth min. 1m, max. 2m) completely fenced all around and with Roman steps at the shallow end. On the ground floor the house boast two double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, fine views and adjacent family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the landing area and onto the double bedroom with twin beds private sun terrace with truly amazing views towards Cas Concos. A double bedroom with antique furniture, a single bedroom and a full family bathroom. The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
